Orangetheory Fitness Workout

How did you get into Orangetheory?

After having my second child, I wanted to do something to get back into shape, so a friend of mine recommended OTF.  She herself was a member of a different studio close to where she lives, but told me they were all over, so I did my research and found the one closest to me; it was then that OTF Langhorne became part of my life.

What do you love about Orangetheory?

I love that OTF holds me accountable do actually show up and work out.  I literally have no motivation without it.  Additionally, I have formed so many meaningful relationships that would never have happened had it not been OTF.

What challenges have you faced in Orangetheory?

I have noticed that I have gotten to a certain weight and have not really moved from there.  Generally, I workout a lot to allow myself to indulge; however, when part of challenges, I do end up maintaining a healthier lifestyle and tend to see instant results; it’s staying on track that is my problem.

What has Orangetheory taught you?

Fitness is important to me as it motivates me to stay healthy.  I am a former smoker and every now and then will fall off the wagon.  Keeping up with my fitness allows me to maintain a healthier lifestyle and be more in tune with my body.

What would you say to someone interested in Orangetheory?

Do not be afraid! OFT is not strictly a one-size fits all gym.  The people come in all shapes and sizes and everyone has their own individual goals.  It is a place where you can set your own personal goals, but the coaches will help and motivate you along the way.
