Q: How does free shipping work?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders of $29 or more (after discounts).
Shipping is via USPS and typically arrives in 5–7 business days.
Note: Free shipping is not available for Canadian orders at this time.
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order (U.S. only). Items must be unworn and in original condition to be eligible.

Returns and exchanges are free for U.S. customers—contact us to request a prepaid return label.

All exchanges are processed as new orders. Return the item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Canadian customers: Returns and exchanges are at your own expense, and free shipping is not available.
Q: Are the towels machine washable?
Yes! All towels are machine washable and dryer-friendly.
For best results, rinse under cold water after each workout and squeeze dry—this lets you go a week (or more) between washes.
Q: When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship all in-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on the same business day. Otherwise, we ship within 2 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships!
Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
Email us ASAP if you need to make changes.
If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to modify or cancel it.
Q: Why is my payment being declined?
The most common reason is a mismatch between the billing address you entered and the one on file with your bank.
Double-check with your bank, especially if your billing and shipping addresses are different.

After posting on social media, your $5 reward will be sent via email as a coupon (not refundable as cash).
