What is your Return/Exchange policy?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee. We accept domestic returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Any merchandise considered worn or damaged upon return may not be refunded and will be returned.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We can only accept returns from items purchased online at towelupnow.com.

Please contact returns@towelupnow.com or fill out a Contact Us form online, to request your Return Authorization number. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 2-5 business days depending on your bank's processing times.

All exchanges will be handled as a new order. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the product for a refund and replace your new order. 

If you wish for TOWELUPNOW to provide a return shipping label, please note that $6.95 will be deducted from your return.
