Returns & Exchanges

Here’s the deal:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition to qualify for a refund.

  • Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

  • We can only accept returns from purchases made on towelupnow.com.

How to start a return:

  1. Email us at returns@towelupnow.com or fill out the Contact Us form to request a Return Authorization number.

  3. Want us to provide a return shipping label? No problem—$6.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Need an exchange?

We handle exchanges as new orders. Just send the item back for a refund, and place a new order for the item you want instead.

Refunds can take 2–5 business days to show up on your statement, depending on your bank.
