How did you get into Orangetheory?
I tried a Hell Week class several years back (I DO NOT RECOMMEND your first class being a Hell Week Class). You've been warned :) I tried another class at the Langhorne studio and the coach at the time persuaded me to sign up for one month. I did and the rest was history.

What do you love about Orangetheory?
I'm obsessed with the friendships that I have created. The people make going to a 6:15 am class easy even though most days I'm "out of it" and still waking up mid class. The works out push you outside of your comfort zone.

What challenges have you faced in Orangetheory?
In the beginning, I was not a runner AT ALL. I power walked and basically refused ever trying to run or even entertaining the thought of it. Three years later and I can proudly say that I am a runner and love every second of it.

What has Orangetheory taught you?
May sound a little cheesy but OTF has taught me that I'm stronger that I thought I could ever possibly be.

What would you say to someone interested in Orangetheory?
Do it. It may be intimidating at the time but will be worth it. You will not love every second of it; however, the workouts will help build your strength whether it's rowing, lifting, or running.
